It’s my parents 68th Wedding anniversary this week. Congratulations, Mom and Dad. They were married just three months after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Dad soon left for four years to serve as a Marine in the Pacific. Over the years my parents worked together to build a business and provide for their children and grandchildren. They are now retired and living the good life in Florida. I couldn’t be prouder of them.
March is also my son’s birthday. He turned 35 this year! Happy Birthday to my Davie. (No one else but my parent and myself get to call him that. LOL) I don’t have grandkids, but I do have a grand-puppy, Bootsy, a six pound six year-old Chihuahua who spends most days with me while “daddy” is at work.
